Who is eligible to use Link.

LINK is generally used by people who are unable to use public transport to get to their essential appointments.

You must live in RH8 postcode area (Crowhurst, Holland, Hurst Green, Limpsfield, Limpsfield Chart, Oxted, Old Oxted, Tandridge and Titsey ), but can travel out of the area to appointments in other postcodes (e.g. to Redhill/East Surrey Hospital etc).

We provide transport services for people living in the RH8 area: Crowhurst, Holland, Hurst Green, Limpsfield, Limpsfield Chart, Oxted, Old Oxted, Tandridge and Titsey.

Limitations

• Please give as much notice as possible when requesting a drive (ideally more than 48 hours).
• May book up to 6 weeks into the future.
• Our drivers use their own vehicles, not specialised transport.
• If you need the assistance of a carer for your journey/visit they will need to accompany you.
• If you use a wheelchair or need any other form of assistance a carer must accompany you.
• Our drivers are unable to provide physical assistance over and above that of a helping hand.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Our drivers cars are not equipped with provision to transport children, we are therefore forbidden by law to transport any child that requires that provision . Child car seats: the law
